I was looking at Barrie John's website on Saturday and noticed an error in one of his locations. He said that on 5th March 2010 that he would be holding a vigil at Salmesbury Hall in Blackburn, we all know of course Salmesbury Hall is in Preston. I pointed this out to Barrie via email and got a sweet response back from him last night in less than 24 hours of my original email to him. This is much more than I have ever got from Most Haunted which is starting to frustrate me a little. They say it's the peoples show, but once off air they don't seem to respond. This is not a savage criticism an observation which a few of us will have had in their lack of response to our emails choose what the subject. We acknowledge they "maybe busy" but why publish email addresses if they don't have the courtesy to acknowledge a simple receipt?

totaly agree with you about the mh team not responding to emails,ive sent two and never recieved a reply,they say they care about there fans,a email doesnt take long to reply to,in my opinion they should show there fans they care a lot more then they do,after all we have made them who they are today,rich and famous.

I've sent letters and emails to MH / Antix - and never received an acknowledgement - earlier this week I sent an email to C4 after Paul O'Grady's beloved companion Buster died - I got an automatic mail within 5 minutes, Tuesday morning I received an email which addressed my individual email, with a further email from one of Paul's representatives.... that's what I call - listening to viewers and thanking them for their comments.

There are many mediums such as Barrie who will reply either personally or indeed through a representative if a comment is made..... that actually includes SOME members of the MH team (not just mediums!!!) - sadly though not any from MH / Antix....

That's not true. Chris Conway replies to everyone. I know because I emailed him. I got a response quite quickly.

karl,yvette do not reply to personal letters or emails,why?they just carnt be bothered to,ive written to many stars over the years ,such as dame judy dench,the late great eric morecambe and ernie wise,paul o grady,benny hill,and many more and i recieved a hand written reply from them all personally,i still have over 60 letters from many stars,so why are karl and yvette so different from other celebs?

I know a few MH people, such as Gavin Cromwell, Barrie John and Jason Karl who'll nearly always reply in a very short space of time.
I think Karl and Yvette have gotten a bit big headed over time. From what ive heard, Yvette can be quite a rude person off screen.

I wish MH had kept Barrie John after Series 10 had ended. Altho he was only in a couple of episodes,I like his calm,quiet demeanor.
