Hello and Welcome Connel
Its pretty easy, go to the UCP, then there should be a list, click on where it says change avatar, then choose a default one or upload your own

If you click on this link it will take you straight to the page where you can change your avatar.
I have also deleted your Poll because the Support Forum is only for asking for support.
